Her Role: Program Coordinator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Her Story: Allison graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences in 2009. Upon graduating, Allison found her passion for ABA while working as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant in a therapy clinic for children. In 2012, Allison graduated with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State and became a BCBA in 2013. Before coming to ABC, Allison worked with children with disabilities across multiple settings including clinical, residential school, and traditional school settings.
Her Heart: Allison's greatest joy is seeing others have that "light-bulb" moment. She loves seeing the smile on a child's face when they finally solve a problem or complete a task they have been working to solve for a long time. Her greatest joy comes from helping others.
