Her Role: Team Leader - daily Scheduling, community outing planning, therapy staff management, parent communication, organization of center and staff
Her Story: She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. She previously worked with adults with development disabilities and children within schools and daycare facilities. She also has assisted special needs students with peer programs through the Indiana Special Olympics. Anissa has received training in verbal behavior, discrete trial teaching, social skills thinking, precision teaching, and other various ABA training.
Her Heart: "I have always had a special place in my heart for these children. They know how to bring a smile to my face every day. The most rewarding part about this job is seeing them succeed and progress daily."
