Her Role: Program Coordinator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Her Story: Katie was born and raised on a farm in Evansville, IN, with her parents and two sisters. Katie graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in the Spring of 2014. Upon graduating, Katie moved to Aurora, IL, were she started her career in ABA working as a line therapist with children (ages 2-12) with autism. In the spring of 2016, Katie graduated with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Aurora University and became a BCBA the following summer. Katie has always known she wanted to work with children.
Her Heart: Her passion for children with autism started when a family member was diagnosed and has increased with each child she worked with. She loves what she does and feels so privileged to be able to help so many individuals.
