Michelle completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst in 2012.
Her Heart: "I've always had a passion for working with children. When I discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and the incredible impact it can have on the lives of our patients and families, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the field. One of my favorite moments is teaching a child to communicate when they previously had no formal method for communication. It's so rewarding to watch them be able to express themselves for the first time!"
