Her Role: Program Coordinator, Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst
Her Story: Rachel graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in general studies, with a focus on elementary education and a minor in psychology. She then continued her education and studied behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked at ABC for 3 years, working both at the Indianapolis North location and the Early Childhood Center. Before coming to ABC, Rachel worked in the home with children with Autism.
Her Heart: "Before I started at ABC, I was not sure what I wanted to do as a career. I quickly came to realize that I had found my passion. One of my favorite parts about working with children is watching all of the small steps a child learns to reach their ultimate goal. The joy that a child has once they have accomplished a goal is one of the best sights to see."
