Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate senior Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCBA-D) to lead a team of center-based BCBAs to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of applied behavior analysis. The ideal candidate for this position has management experience, 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ability to collaborate with community organizations and ancillary services, and a genuine passion for working with individuals and families, reliable transportation, flexibility and a love for a team environment.
Job Responsibilities (the below represents an overview of duties of the Branch BCBA Position) :
- Oversee 1-3 Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager to address technician and parent concerns
- Create performance improvement plans to address clinical performance issues
- Provide evidence based behavior analytic services to assigned patients
- Complete individualized assessments for assigned patients
- Collect and analyze data
- Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence based interventions
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality services
- At least three years of experience in ABA
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and flexible
- Excellent time leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Reliable transportation
