Job Description:
As a Regional RBT, you will provide a patients individualized therapy, work with Behavior Analysts and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, share best practices across centers, and learn from broad teams of center-based BCBAs.
Requirements:
- Provide ABA Therapy to patients
- 3+ years of ABA therapy experience
- Willing and able to travel to centers on an as needed basis
- Must already be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT credential)
- Experienced in working with children with Autism
- Be flexible in working with different patient profiles
- Able to become Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certified
- Educated in a related field
- Proactive and hardworking
- Eager to learn and apply Applied Behavior Analysis
- Positive and flexible
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to get to work reliably with proof of auto insurance
- Able to pass a background check
