Work Schedule:
Full-time: 8:30am-4:30pm
Locations: Carmel, Castleton, Fishers, Noblesville, West Indianapolis, Central West Indianapolis, Greenwood, South Indy, Terre Haute, & Richmond

Position Description:
You will provide individualized therapy, work with Behavior Analysts and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth training with opportunities to grow into multiple departments within the company.
Job Requirements:

Provide ABA Therapy to patients
-
1+ years of ABA therapy experience or experience in a related field
-
Willing and able to travel to any center on an as-needed basis

Willing to conduct ABA therapy in-home during the Coronavirus situation as needed

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential strongly preferred upon employment but will be required within 3 weeks of employment

Experience working with children with special needs/autism preferred

Able to become Professional Crisis management (PCM) certified

Able to become First Aid/CPR certified

Able to effectively operate a computer/tablet and learn new software

High School diploma or equivalent

Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis

Excellent communication skills

Able to get to work reliably with proof of auto insurance

Able to pass a background check

Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks
