Position Description:
You will provide individualized therapy, work with Behavior Analysts and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth training with opportunities to grow into multiple departments within the company.
Job Requirements:

Provide 2 on 1 ABA Therapy to patients with high magnitude behaviors
-
1+ years of ABA therapy experience or experience in a related field

Experience working with children with special needs/autism required

Experience working with high magnitude behaviors preferred
-
Able to become Professional Crisis management (PCM) certified

Able to become First Aid/CPR certified

Able to effectively operate a computer/tablet and learn new software

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis

Willing to conduct ABA therapy in-home during the Coronavirus situation as needed

Excellent communication skills

Able to get to work reliably with proof of auto insurance

Able to pass a background check

Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks
