Position Description:
You will provide individualized therapy, work with Behavior Analysts and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth training with opportunities to grow into multiple departments within the company.
Job Requirements:
- Provide ABA Therapy to patients
- Willing and able to travel to nearby center(s) on an as-needed basis
- Previous ABA experience or experience in a related field
- Able to become Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certified
- Able to become First Aid/CPR certified
- Able to effectively operate a computer/tablet and learn new software
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to pass a full Indiana criminal background check
- Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks
Competitive Pay
Pay range, $19 + Years of RBT experience ($1)
