About This Facility
Located just off of I465 and 38th Street, this 4,814 sq. ft. facility serves a variety of patients, with dedicated spaces for our middle-aged program (6 and above) and the Learning in Functional Environments (LIFE) program for tweens and teens. It also includes therapy rooms, a group instruction room, a kitchen area, a laundry room, and an outdoor fenced-in playground. The indoor gym includes a two-story treehouse tower, slide, swing, and ball pit.
