About Our Vincennes Facility

Our Vincennes ABA Therapy Center is a 6,024-square-foot facility designed to serve a range of children, with separate areas for younger children and a middle-aged program for those 6 and above. The center offers a variety of therapy rooms for one-on-one work, group instruction rooms for shared learning, a cafeteria, a kitchen, an arts and crafts area, and a reading area. An indoor gym and a large fenced-in outdoor playground with equipment give children plenty of room to move, play, and build motor and social skills throughout the day.

Whatever a child’s age, our goal in Vincennes is the same: to create a space where every child feels safe, motivated, and capable as they build new skills and confidence.

Therapy Spaces Designed for Learning and Growth

With programming for both younger children and the middle-aged group, our Vincennes center offers a range of spaces that support communication, creativity, movement, social connection, and independence:

Services Offered at Our Vincennes Autism Center

At our Vincennes, Indiana center, the Applied Behavior Center for Autism delivers individualized autism services built around each child’s developmental needs. Each treatment plan is personalized to help children develop the communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills that matter for everyday life.

Our Vincennes programs are grounded in evidence-based practice and built for meaningful, lasting progress. Depending on a child’s needs, available services and support may include:

  • Center Based ABA

ABA therapy in Vincennes helps children build communication, behavior, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills through structured, individualized sessions led by trained clinicians in a supportive learning environment.

  • Diagnostic Testing

For families whose child does not yet have a formal autism diagnosis, diagnostic testing can clarify a child's strengths, challenges, and therapy needs, while helping connect families to appropriate autism services.

  • Occupational Therapy

When a child needs added support with sensory regulation, fine motor skills, self-care routines, or coping strategies, ABA therapy can be paired with Occupational Therapy to support fuller participation in everyday activities.

  • Speech Therapy

Care may also be coordinated with Speech Therapy to build speech, language, functional and social communication, and a child's ability to express wants, needs, and ideas with greater confidence.

  • Social Skills

For children who would benefit from extra practice connecting with others, Social Skills support focuses on cooperative play, emotional understanding, flexibility, and confidence in group settings.

Family Involvement and Collaboration

At ABC, we believe family involvement is an important part of helping children make meaningful progress. Our clinical team works closely with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process by:

  1. Individualized programs designed to improve the life of the child and family
  2. Formal training program for parents and family members at no cost
  3. Opportunity to observe your child in the therapeutic environment
  4. Every family is assigned to a Behavior Analyst for clinical support as well as a Branch Manager

When therapy teams and families work together consistently, children are often better able to generalize learned skills across everyday situations.
